The Olivia Series Wall Mounted Mini Split from Cooper&Hunter offers ductless solutions for multi-zone climate control. Equipped with Inverter Technology, Cooper&Hunter's compressor units are more energy-efficient than traditional compressors, providing cost savings. The Olivia series mini split (the latest model) features a 28,000 BTU multi-zone outdoor condenser with a SEER rating of 23.8 and a SEER2 rating of 24.6, operating on a 230V power supply. The system includes two wall-mounted air handlers, one rated at 12,000 BTU and the other at 18,000 BTU.

Certified by AHRI and UL listed, this mini split system is designed to provide heating in temperatures as low as -13°F. Featuring Whisper Technology, the Olivia series ensures quiet operation, making it an excellent choice for bedrooms, additions, living rooms, and commercial applications.

The system comes with installation kits for each air handler, including a 25-foot pre-flared and insulated copper line set, 25-foot communication wires between the indoor and outdoor units, small accessories, and a 16-foot drainage extension. Professional installation is required, as this is not a DIY equipment.

The Olivia series mini split system includes smart port adapters, allowing you to control each air handler individually from anywhere using your smartphone and the C&H Remote app (purchased separately). The exclusive remote controller also features a "Follow me" mode for more precise temperature control.

Due to the size and weight of the system, it is shipped palletized with an arranged freight delivery service. An appointment for delivery is required, and lift-gate service is included. For residential addresses, the delivery will be curbside only.
